A diagram of a circle with center O. Points D, E, and F are on the circumference. Radii OD, OE, and OF are drawn. Angle DOF is the central angle, and angle DEF is the inscribed angle.

Prove that angle DOF=2×angle DEFDOF = 2 \times \text{angle } DEFDOF=2×angle DEF. You must not use any circle theorems in your proof.
