100 travelers were asked which languages they speak: Spanish, French, and German. Every traveler spoke at least one of these languages. 25 of the travelers speak all three languages. 60 of the travelers speak German. 70 of the travelers speak Spanish. 40 of the travelers speak Spanish and French. 12 of the travelers speak Spanish and German but not French. 9 of the travelers speak French and German but not Spanish.

Two of the 100 travelers are chosen at random. Work out the probability that they both speak French.
