Question 10

Figure 1b

A photograph showing a Victorian-era dockland warehouse along the River Clyde in Glasgow. The brick building has several boarded-up windows and cracked glass on the upper floors. Wild vegetation and thick weeds are growing out of the blocked guttering and through cracks in the surrounding concrete yard. A rusted metal chain secures a closed, peeling wooden gate, which has several layers of faded, torn flyers and vibrant graffiti spray-painted across its lower half.

Using Figure 1b, identify two pieces of evidence to show that this dockland warehouse is disused.
