The rough print
An original contemporary non-fiction-style account.
Before sending our magazine to the printer, we made a rough copy at school. The photographs looked fine on the computer, but in the printed version two faces almost vanished into shadow. A pale yellow chart was also difficult to read on white paper. We adjusted those pages and printed them again. Checking the spelling on screen had been useful, but it could not show how the images and colours would appear on an actual sheet.
