Sharing the river path

In this question you will be assessed for the quality of your writing skills. 12 marks are awarded for communication and organisation; 8 marks are awarded for vocabulary, sentence structure, spelling and punctuation.

Since a new cycle route was linked to the riverside path in your area, walkers have complained that cyclists ride too fast, and cyclists have complained that people and dogs block the way. Your local environment group has asked you to write a report for the council on how the path could be shared safely.
