Evenings at the community hall
A community hall has received more requests for evening bookings than it can provide next term. The trustees must decide how to share 24 available evening bookings among four regular groups.

Some trustees believe that the groups with the highest attendance should receive most of the bookings. Others believe that access to alternative arrangements should be more important.
Write a letter to the trustees recommending how the 24 evening bookings should be allocated. Use the information provided, explain why your proposal is fair and address a reasonable objection to it. You may invent practical details, but your allocation must not exceed 24 evening bookings.
