Question 252

A newsletter worth printing

Your school sends every family a printed newsletter each week.

Write a letter to your headteacher persuading them to change this arrangement. You may invent details about your school.

You could include:

  • problems with the current system
  • how families could receive information in other ways
  • how to avoid excluding anyone who needs a printed copy.

You may also use your own ideas.

Your response will be assessed for communication and organisation, and for vocabulary, sentence structures, spelling and punctuation. The total includes 16 marks for vocabulary, sentence structures, spelling and punctuation.
