Demand means buying that can actually happen

Demand is the complete set of quantities of a good or service that consumers are willing and able to buy at different prices over a period of time. Both conditions matter: consumers must want the product and have enough money to pay for it. The amount consumers are willing and able to buy at one particular price is called quantity demanded.
