Before launching a drone, flight dispatchers must enter flight logs into a digital portal, including the drone's takeoff weight (which must be between 0.5 kg and 25.0 kg inclusive), the pre-approved flight zone sector code (formatted precisely as two letters followed by four digits, e.g., EX8102), and the pilot's unique operator license number.

Validating inputs at the interface level helps prevent hazardous execution errors in the navigation processor.
