Question 36

In a local area network, the total packet latency depends on network congestion and routing overhead.

The baseline latency is at least 15 milliseconds. This baseline is adjusted by multiplying it by a congestion factor (CCC), and then adding a routing delay constant (RRR) measured in milliseconds.

Construct a general algebraic response or expression to calculate the total packet latency (LLL).
