The pH scale

The pH scale

The pH scale runs from 0 to 14 and measures how acidic or alkaline a solution is. The acidic range includes pH 0 to pH 6, pH 7 is neutral, and the alkaline range includes pH 8 to pH 14. A solution with pH below 7 is acidic, pH 7 is neutral, and pH above 7 is alkaline.
