A fruit supplier prepares mangoes for shops with three different delivery dates. The mangoes first pass over rollers that grade them by size. They are then held in storage chambers. In each chamber, a fan normally draws the air through an ethene absorber and returns the air to the chamber. Before each delivery, the required crates can be moved to a room where ethene is added.
