Sharing a university library's silent study zone requires students to navigate various social and environmental boundaries, but certain behaviors can cause frustration and disrupt concentration. To investigate this, an environmental psychologist used a self-report questionnaire to identify which single behavior students find most annoying in their shared study space. Below is a table displaying the data collected from 400 participants (200 undergraduate students and 200 postgraduate students) who took part in the study.
