Do we truly understand how much time we spend on our mobile devices? To investigate this, a research psychologist asked ten undergraduate students to estimate their daily smartphone screen time (in minutes) for a specific day. She then obtained each student's actual screen time (in minutes) for that same day using the built-in digital well-being tracker on their phones. The data collected are shown in the table below.
| Participant | Estimated daily screen time (minutes) | Actual daily screen time (minutes) |
|---|---|---|
| A | 120 | 240 |
| B | 300 | 280 |
| C | 45 | 180 |
| D | 180 | 360 |
| E | 90 | 95 |
| F | 240 | 480 |
| G | 60 | 210 |
| H | 150 | 150 |
| I | 360 | 520 |
| J | 200 | 180 |
