What drives job satisfaction? A group of occupational psychologists wanted to investigate this by using a digital survey. They posted a link to an online questionnaire to employees at a large logistics firm. The survey asked respondents to rate various workplace factors. Some of the raw rating metrics regarding "the importance of flexible working hours for job satisfaction" from the first twenty male and first twenty female employees to complete the test are presented in the table below.
