Two rival delivery drone startups, FlySwift and SkyDrop, operate in the same metropolitan area.

They are competing for a limited number of exclusive airspace operating permits issued by the city council. This competition has led to hostility between the two teams, with employees reporting each other for minor safety violations and mocking each other's drone designs on social media.

Recently, a major wildfire approached the edge of the city. Both teams volunteered and worked together to coordinate their drone fleets to deliver emergency medical supplies to the affected area, helping to contain the crisis.

Using realistic conflict theory, explain the behaviour of the teams at the two startups.
