Barnaby is a rescue parrot at an animal shelter. Whenever his carer, Sarah, enters the room, Barnaby squawks loudly and bites the bars of his cage. Sarah usually walks over to his cage and speaks to him in a soothing voice to calm him down, but this behaviour has continued.
