Two private investigators are reviewing a witness statement from a road traffic collision.
"Initially, the witness was certain that the vehicle running the red light was a bright red SUV," says Maya. "But after she chatted with other bystanders waiting at the bus stop, she changed her account, claiming it was actually a dark blue hatchback and that her memory was probably influenced by what they said."
"That makes her testimony highly unreliable for our client's defence," replies Liam.
