A developmental psychologist investigated the relationship between the number of hours preschoolers spent in structured daycare per week and their cooperation scores during group play. Each child was observed during a creative block-building task and given a cooperation score (where higher scores represented more cooperative behavior). The results showed that the more hours a child spent in structured daycare, the higher their cooperation score.
