In a model of planetary perturbation, the radial distance RRR of a satellite relative to an orbital plane is defined by the equation

112R+2R=2μ−7\frac{11}{2R} + 2R = 2\mu - 72R11+2R=2μ−7

where μ\muμ is a gravitational parameter and R≠0R \neq 0R=0.

Determine the range of possible values for μ\muμ such that there are no real values of RRR that satisfy this model.
