1.8.4 Vectors

A vector has both [     ] and direction.

A

A position vector begins at the chosen origin, whereas an ordinary vector can begin anywhere if its magnitude and direction are unchanged.

B

A vector has both magnitude and direction.

D

In (xy)\begin{pmatrix}x\\y\end{pmatrix}(xy​), xxx gives horizontal movement and yyy gives vertical movement.
